About Patti Higgins & Rachael Higgins-Lalki
Our Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how we work.
That said, in our experience as Anchorage real estate professionals, we've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting our clients first. This means keeping ourselves accessible, being good listeners as well as good communicators, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.
So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Birchwood, Thunderbird Falls, Wasilla, Big Lake, or Palmer areas, please contact me.

Rachael Higgins-Lalki
My husband is Aviv Lalki and we have been married since September 7th, 2008. Third quarter (July, August, September) was very difficult: planning a wedding, my partner and mom the Chair of the Alaska Democratic Party spend countless hours on the national and local campaigns (including answering phone calls day and night from concerned voters and of course flying down to the Democratic National Convention to cast Alaskans vote for Barack Obama), and we made the Top Producers list in Real Estate at Prudential! Beginning in spring 2009 I will begin the process of getting my degree at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where I plan on majoring in Business. I already have 2 years worth of credits, so I plan on completing my degree sometime in 2012. My family also includes Dishy the cat, Bimba the cat (named after a car in an Israeli cartoon) and Hunter and Otter the ferrets.
